Prithvi in Sanskrit is Earth: it is one of the five elements in nature that our body is made up of. This painting is part of "Elements" series, which is my first series since I started painting in this style.
The significance of knowing that body is made of five elements in nature and will perish into these has helped me look inward and explore my existence beyond this body.
It is a mixed media artwork painted using acrylics on a 12x12 inch canvas. Dark blues, copper and greys mark the variation and movement of the wind.
